Chris brings more than 15 years of digital, media and ad technology experience to his role as Senior Vice President Strategy and Operations. A tenured executive with a long history of breaking down barriers and driving business forward through the
combination of drive, tenacity and creativity at companies like Social Vibe, CBS Television and King World Productions. Previously at SocialVibe, Chris built and led the teams responsible for publisher development, demand sales and client services
and as a member of the executive team, he exponentially expanded the company’s reach, diversified into new audiences and content verticals, activated third party demand, and launch the first real-time exchange/SSP for rich media brand engagement
Chief Revenue Officer
Jay Freedman is the Chief Revenue Officer for Nativo, responsible for all global managed & platform revenue. In two years, Jay grew Nativo's sales team to a high-performing and well-respected revenue operation providing brand marketers with consultation
on the new digital advertising ecosystem and driving innovative solutions on scaled brand content distribution.

Jay most recently led the Technology and Telecom Vertical at Yahoo and managed marquee advertisers such as AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Samsung.
Prior to his most recent position, Jay led the launch of Genome from Yahoo, a leading audience-targeting platform that resulted from the acquisition of Interclick. Prior to Genome's launch, he was SVP Sales at Interclick (Nasdaq: "ICLK").
Freedman grew interclick from a small ad network to a leading technology platform that was acquired by Yahoo for $270 million, as interclick enabled Yahoo to dramatically improve data-targeted solutions and to optimize returns for advertisers.

Jason Kalin brings to Nativo extensive experience in sales management, strategic partnerships and startup companies including over 10 years of providing monetization solutions to publishers. Jason previously served as Vice President of Publisher
Development at Visible Measures, the leading independent third-party measurement firm for Internet video publishers, advertisers, and viral marketers. Prior to Visible Measures, Jason was Vice President of Business Development at Marchex, a leading
mobile and online advertising company. Jason was also an early employee and Director of Sales at IndustryBrains, a B2B online advertising solutions startup that was acquired by Marchex.
Chief Technology Officer
Oded Cohen was an early key engineer at EyeBlaster/MediaMind who quickly advanced to Director, then VP specializing in infrastructure, research & development. Oded was hands-on from the early days of coding, to staffing up and running a 70+ person
global team.Oded and his team built MediaMind from a small start-up into the 2nd largest ad serving company in the world, handling billions of transactions per day.
Oded most recently served as a VP of Engineering at DG (Nasdaq: "DGIT"), via the 2011 acquisition of MediaMind. "I'm very much looking forward to helping Nativo change the world of online advertising. Nativo is the right size and right

SVP of Publisher Solutions
Chris leads the Publisher Operations teams including Publisher Development, Web Design & Implementation, Account Management, and Support Engineering, ensuring publisher partners receive the highest level of consultative expertise and technical support. Chris joined Nativo in 2013 to build client-facing teams for both advertisers and publishers. As native formats took off, Chris sharpened his focus to exclusively drive publisher growth and platform utilization.
Prior to Nativo, Chris oversaw publisher relationships and platform utilization as Director of Business Development & Head of Client Services at true[X] before the company's acquisition by 21st Century Fox. Chris also led the Advertiser Account Strategy team at true[X], where he launched several first-to-market technology partnerships and engagement based ad experiences.
SVP of Finance
Woo has spent his entire career as a finance professional in the technology industry. He previously served as CFO at kikin, a mobile software developer. Before that he was SVP of Strategy and Business Development at LifeWatch (SIX: LIFE), a leading telemedicine company. Earlier in his career, Woo was on the founding team at Vonage (NYSE: VG), a unified communications firm, where he served as VP of Corporate Development. Woo began his career in investment banking where he advised technology companies on IPOs, capital raises and M&A transactions at firms such as Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Revolution Partners/Morgan Keegan. Woo is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Lindsey Clarke joins Nativo from Krux where she oversaw its data-driven strategies for publishers worldwide as vice-president of global advertising strategy. Prior to that, Clarke expanded the publisher development group at Acxiom and has also held senior roles at AudienceScience and Rubicon Project.
Lindsey is helping drive Nativo’s global expansion as Managing Director for the London office. Lindsey brings to Nativo a deep, first-hand understanding of the immediate and long-term needs for EU marketers and publishers. She is tasked with building the company’s profile amongst European brands, agencies and publishers.
SVP of Marketing
John Haake blends creativity with common sense to ideate pivotal messaging for the native platform leader. John is a natural storyteller who cut his teeth in creative roles for major brands including Stetson, Democracy Jeans and Haier Appliances. More recently, John has concentrated on positioning the digital platforms that blend data and technology to make better advertising. Prior to Nativo, he was the CMO of Flashtalking where he helped reposition the longtime point solution as a primary ad server. Before Flashtalking, he served as CMO of Verve Mobile where reoriented the company from a mobile ad network to a self-serve platform for location-informed mobile. Prior to that he was VP of marketing at: [x+1] (acquired by Rocket Fuel), HookLogic, and Turn, where he helped introduce programmatic media buying to the industry. He is also a recognized thought leader who is regularly published and presents often at conferences and panels.

David is a veteran investor from Advanced Vixeid Partners with over eighteen years of experience as an equity investor in small and mid-sized technology companies.
Prior to the formation of AV Partners, David was a Managing Director and Head of Technology Investing for TPG Growth LLC, the growth equity and middle market investment platform of TPG, the global private investment firm. Prior to joining TPG Growth,
David was a Partner at Francisco Partners, L.P., a technology-focused private equity investment firm. David began his investing career as an Associate at Summit Partners L.P. David received his BA in Public Policy and a MA in International
Development Policy from Stanford University, and received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Ed is a founding partner with Signia Venture Partners, an early stage fund dedicated to helping passionate entrepreneurs realize their vision and build impactful, high-growth ventures. Besides Nativo, Ed is a board member at Cie Games,
Mind Pirate MomentFeed and Pepperdata. His past investments include Funzio (acquired by Gree) and Playdom (acquired by Disney). Earlier in his career he was CEO of InfoGear, developing and launching the original "iPhone" in 1997 (acquired by Cisco)
and was also an executive with Aspect, the 2nd highest appreciating public stock company during his final 5 years with the company. Ed has BS and MS engineering degrees from MIT and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Mark is a partner with Greycroft Partners, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Mark focuses on investment opportunities in the digital media sector with an emphasis on online video. Previously, Mark was a partner with MK Capital, a
venture fund based in Los Angeles and Chicago.
Mark also co-founded Jamcracker Inc., an early SaaS pioneer where he served as its vice president of corporate development. He also worked at McKinsey & Co., a management-consulting firm. Mark has led investments and served on the boards of
Machinima, ZEFR, AwesomenessTV, DramaFever, Bladelogic, Kontiki and VPNet Technologies and he was a Board Observer at Exodus Communications. Mark is a graduate of DePauw University and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
