Sofia Maravich, Director, Account Management
Sofia oversees the team that works with advertisers to run exceptional campaigns at Nativo. Sofia joined the company as its fourth account manager in 2014 and has enjoyed fostering the growth and development of a now-much-larger team. She loves the culture and team at Nativo. “It’s always a pleasure to work with smart, fun and hardworking people who are never afraid to think outside the box,” she says. “I love building relationships with my clients and I enjoy the fact that no day is the same.”
Rich Horace, Director, DevOps
Rich has over 25 years of experience in operations, including ten years in early-stage startups, building DevOps-style teams and scaling infrastructure in the online advertising space. He’s a Nativo “OG”: in 2014, he was the first employee to start at the Los Angeles office. His team manages the Nativo platform infrastructure and keeps the systems running and ad delivery flowing. “What’s best about Nativo is the transparency,” Rich says. “I’ve never been at another company where the executive team has consistently shared so much of the company direction, opportunities, successes, and challenges.”
Mish Lee, Lead QA Engineer
Mish, who has been with Nativo since 2015, leads a team of QA engineers who work closely with DevOps and Product to validate and manage software releases. She is fascinated by the unique technical challenges the ad tech industry faces and how Nativo is solving them. “The Nativo team is very flexible when it comes to trying new problem-solving approaches,” she remarks. As Nativo’s first woman engineer, she has enjoyed taking part in developing the company’s culture and diversity. She also leads initiatives to support women in tech and admires the influence that Nativo has in the Los Angeles tech scene.
Jordan Fitleberg, Senior Graphic Designer
Jordan has been with Nativo since 2015, starting as a junior graphic designer in Campaign Operations and now serving as the lead designer on the marketing team, where he creates collateral and presentations that demonstrate native advertising to the world. He loves that Nativo has given him the opportunity to not only express his creativity but hone his skills as a designer and a young professional. His favorite part of working at Nativo is the people: “It’s uncanny how Nativo seems to only hire incredible humans!” he says. “I look forward to my future in this industry with my Nativo family by my side.”
