Terms Of Use

All publishers accepting demand from Criteo SA agree to not make available any publisher inventory for sites that directly or indirectly: (a) use in connection with any ads any URL re-directions, framing techniques, interstitial advertisements, pop-up windows, new consoles or other items or techniques that would alter the appearance, presentation or functionality of any advertiser’s web site from that seen by users hand-entering the applicable URL into their browser; (b) generate impressions or clicks on pages containing ads through fraudulent means including automated requests; (c) modify, by any means, or rearranges, the content of any advertisements and/or creatives or tags; (d) include creatives or advertisements in a browser window generated by adware, spyware or P2P applications; or (f) contain or transmit software viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful computer code into the Criteo system or user’s computer or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the same.

 

“Prohibit Content” includes: (a) pornographic, adult, obscene, indecent, or mature content; (b) violent content; (c) content related to racial intolerance or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization; (d) excessive profanity; (e) hacking/cracking content; (f) hate, libelous or otherwise misleading content; (g) illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia content; (h) sale of alcohol; (i) sale of tobacco or tobacco-related products; (j) sale of prescription drugs; (k) sale of weapons or ammunition (e.g. firearms, firearm components, fighting knives, stun guns); (l) sale of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods; (m) content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking on ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails; (n) any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others; and (o) content or material that is religious or that constitutes hate speech, or defamatory of any individual or group.
