GOAL
ddm marketing + communications, an integrated marketing firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan, sought to grow their business by extending the power of native advertising to clients in three chief verticals: healthcare, financial services and global manufacturing. Wary of the traditional native minimum spend requirements clients are often hesitant to meet, ddm sought a solution that provided the agency with full control over client budgets and flights - without minimum spend or DSP restrictions.
STRATEGY
After consulting with several native advertising providers, ddm became an early adopter of Nativo Self-Service, a native advertising platform without minimum spend requirements.
ddm first utilized Nativo Self-Service for one of their largest healthcare clients: a prominent academic health system in the Grand Rapids area. ddm produced powerful storytelling and educational content that aligned with the health system’s goals and disseminated that content through Nativo’s platform.
The result was artfully branded content shared across premium health and news publications. The exclusive inventory, proprietary formats, precision targeting and real-time reporting of Nativo Self-Service empowered ddm to nimbly adapt campaign focus to ever-changing market demands at a moment’s notice.
Native Article consistently delivered against client goals of strong clickthrough rate (CTR), call-to-action (CTA) rate and average time on content, leading ddm to expand the offering to additional clients and execute 22 campaigns over the following year.
RESULTS
As a result of their success with the Nativo Self-Service Platform, ddm adopted native advertising as a key differentiator in their competitive business development efforts, leading to an increase in net-new business across their target markets.
