April 1, 2021 - El Segundo, CA - On a day normally filled with practical jokes, Nativo kicks off a campaign to celebrate the unprecedented accomplishments achieved by its employees as part of #GiveThanksNotPranks. The company is launching a number of new programs to showcase its employees, strengthen the bonds between them despite their remote working environments and lean into its cultural values of celebration and teamwork.
“During a year marked by the COVID 19 pandemic, it is awe inspiring to see how our team at Nativo has not only thrived but flourished,” said Brynn Moynihan, Chief of Staff at Nativo. “Since March of 2020, we’ve welcomed ten babies and just as many fur babies to the Nativo family, celebrated three weddings--and even more engagements--and come to learn much more about each other’s personal lives and new hobbies. Our greatest asset at Nativo is our people. As we’ve worked hard to help close the distance between us, we’re excited to launch the #GiveThanksNotPranks campaign to shine a spotlight on our people and celebrate their professional and personal accomplishments, both big and small.”
Nativo’s campaign will include programs that help to foster cross-team and geographic relationships between employees--old and new--encourage and incentivize employees to give shout-outs--big and small--and build upon the company’s strong cultural foundation regardless of the space and time zones between the team. Some of the new programs that launched today as part of the campaign include:
“I joined Nativo more than 6 years ago, and have learned more than I could’ve ever imagined,” said Michael Riley, VP of Client Innovation. “Nativo has offered me a place to continue building upon my career, but the reason I’ve stayed is because of the people. I truly care about the people at this company and the people that I’ve had the opportunity to work with at our clients’ organizations. I have vacationed with co-workers and built friendships I know will last a lifetime. It has become more challenging since we became remote more than a year ago, but the culture at Nativo has still kept us close. I was excited when the People Team approached me about the #GiveThanksNotPranks campaign and am honored to be an inaugural ‘old gangsta’ for the Meet the Nativo OGs initiative.”
Nativo continues to make investments in growing our team with more than 50 new hires joining in the last few months. Today, we are actively hiring and have more than 20 positions currently open.
