Congratulations To The 2019 Pulitzer Prize Winners

Congrats to our publisher partners who received Pulitzer Prizes this year.

Newsrooms across the world held their collective breath earlier this week, waiting to see if they would be recognized for the blood, sweat and tears they dedicated to uncovering life’s injustices and deciphering the truth.

The winners of the 2019 Pulitzer Prizes represent the best of journalism, recognizing journalists and publications whose work served the greater good through reporting on human rights violations, tragedies, complex cover-ups and more. As an organization dedicated to helping publishers improve the reader experience, we’re thrilled to see these publications recognized for the outstanding journalism they’ve produced throughout the past year. In particular, we’d like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to our partners who received a 2019 Pulitzer Prize, including:

  • The Sun Sentinel, awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Public Service for their investigation into the deadly shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 2018.
  • The staff of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Breaking News Reporting for their coverage of the massacre at the Pittsburgh’s Tree of Life synagogue.
  • The Los Angeles Times, awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Investigative Reporting for their investigation into sexual assault allegations, spanning over 25 years, against a University of Southern California gynecologist.
  • The staff of The Advocate, awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Local Reporting for bringing awareness to a discriminatory conviction system that allowed courts to send defendants to jail, regardless if a jury had reached a consensus on a guilty verdict, in Louisiana.
  • The staff of The Wall St. Journal, awarded the Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting for raising awareness of the complex web of individuals who helped President Trump make financial payouts to two young women with whom he is accused of having affairs.
  • The Associated Press, awarded a Pulitzer Prize for International Reporting for their coverage of the war on Yemen and its unspeakable atrocities.

We’re proud to partner with organizations that provide readers with a high-quality content and a seamless user experience, and look forward to seeing what our network of leading online publications will accomplish next.
